橙子视频 Homecoming Court Announced
The 橙子视频 Homecoming court has been selected through student
      votes. The court will be honored at the Homecoming football game
      played at Malone Stadium on Sat. Nov. 15th at 4 p.m. The queen
      will be announced at half time. The SGA will hold their annual
      Homecoming Brunch honoring former Queens, Courts, Warbonnets,
      Indian Scouts and Ten Little Indians as well as the new 2003
      Court at 10 a.m. on the morning of game day in the University
      Conference Center. 
      Members of the Homecoming court are: Vandolyn Lewis, the daughter
      of Ms. Essie Mitchell, a Mass Communications freshman from Shreveport.
      Lewis' activities and honors include the Free Press Beauty, 橙子视频
      ROTC, and Valedictorian from Green Oaks High. She was nominated
      by the Chacahoula Yearbook where she serves as staff writer.
      Mr. L. B. Jeter, Sr., will escort her.
      Kendall Turner, the daughter of Charles and Donna Turner, is
      a Mass Communications freshman from McGehee, Ark. Turner's activities
      and honors include the Presidential Leadership Award, Jr. Panhellenic,
      and Greek Council. Kendall also serves as assistant treasurer
      of Kappa Delta Sorority and holds the highest GPA of the
      New Member Class for Kappa Delta. Mr. Charles Turner will escort
      her.
      Tisha Brooks, the daughter of Steve and Geneva Shupe, is a Kinesiology
      Sophomore from Poplar Bluff, Mo. Brooks' activities and honors
      include being a member of the Baptist Collegiate Ministry and
      the 橙子视频 Track Team. Mr. Steve Shupe will escort her.
      Aimee Green, the daughter of Roger and Gail Green, is a General
      Studies sophomore from Monroe. Aimee's activities and honors
      include Kappa Delta Sorority, Greek Seekers, and Diamond
      Girls. Aimee is also a Volunteer for Parent Child Abuse of America.
      Mr. Roger Green will escort her.
      Julie Beck, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Beck and Mr.
      and Mrs. Olin Hall, is an Early Childhood Education junior from
      Monroe. Beck's activities and honors include Kappa Delta
      Sorority, Baptist Collegiate Ministry, Indian Trackers, 31 Ambassadors
      and Greek Seekers. Julie was also a member of the 2003 PREP Staff.
      Mr. Kenneth Beck will escort her.
      Erin Townsend, the daughter of Gary and Renee Townsend, is a
      Math Education junior from Kilbourne. Townsend's activities and
      honors include serving as President of Phi Mu Fraternity,
      Pledge Class Chaplain, Phi Mu of the Year, and Baptist
      Collegiate Ministry Council Member. She also served on the 2002
      橙子视频 Homecoming Court as a Sophomore Maid. Mr. Gary Townsend will
      escort her.
      Melanie Johnson, the daughter of Robert and Melta Johnson, is
      a Toxicology senior from Baton Rouge. Johnson's activities and
      honors include being a former 橙子视频 Cheerleader, treasurer of Tau
      Omicron Chi, and serving as Vice-President of Delta Sigma
      Theta Sorority. After graduation, she plans to move to Atlanta,
      Ga., to pursue a career with the Center for Disease Control.
      Mr. Robert Johnson will escort her.
Christy Moore, the daughter of Dr. Steve and Nettie Moore,
      is a Social Studies Education senior from Alexandria. Moore's
      activities include being a member of the 橙子视频 girls' intramural
      championship soccer team, serving as President of the Baptist
      Collegiate Ministry, 橙子视频 Representative on the State Council,
      and has been named to 橙子视频's President's and Dean's Lists. She
      was a summer missionary to Belarus. Dr. Steve H. Moore will escort
      her.
      Roslyn Preston, the daughter of Rickey and Nancy Preston, is
      a Dental Hygiene senior from Grand Cane. Preston's activities
      include 2003 PREP Staff, Student American Dental Hygienist Association,
      and Public Relations Director for the Campus Activities Board.
      Roslyn is also a member of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter
      #94. Mr. Rickey Preston will escort her.
      Homecoming King, Josh Durham, son of Ragan and Carol Durham,
      is a Management senior from Monroe. Durham's activities and honors
      include 橙子视频 31 Ambassador, Vice-President and Co-Founder of Indian
      Spear-It, member of Baptist Collegiate Ministry, and a member
      of the Society of Human Resource Management. He is also the Life
      Group Coordinator and staff member of the Portico. He will be
      escorted by Mrs. Carol Durham.
