a faster move in.听 Please make sure you review this information and contact the appropriate
office(s) BEFORE your arrival on campus.听

Check-In Schedule:听 Please follow the schedule below:
听Friday, January 12, 2024听鈥� All Students
- Begin at the 橙子视频 Activity Center
- Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
听Saturday, January 13, 2024 鈥� All Students
- Begin at the 橙子视频 Activity Center
- Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Check in will not be done on Sunday, January 14, 2024 or Monday, January 15, 2024.
听
- Students cannot receive keys or building access on Sunday or Monday. Students will
need to wait until Tuesday, January 16, 2024 during university business hours.
听

Before you arrive on campus for move in, BE SURE:听
- You are registered for classes;
- You have a 橙子视频 ID Card and have selected a meal plan with Warhawk ID Services
- For questions about your meal plan, contact听WIDS (idcard@ulm.edu / 318-342-5002)
- You have paid your semester bill OR know it is covered by aid OR a payment plan.
- For questions about your
- financial aid & TOPS, contact Financial Aid (finaid@ulm.edu / 318-342-5320)
- scholarship, contact the Scholarship Office (scholarships@ulm.edu / 318-342-5321)
- fee bill balance, contact Student Account Services (sas@ulm.edu / 318-342-5124).

Fee Payment Deadline:听To avoid classes being dropped, Thursday, January 11, 2024 before 3:30 PM is听the deadline to pay your Fall bill. Review Student Billing for more information
