Welcome to our 2026 Open Enrollment information webpage. Please review all information
below for any changes to the 2026 Plan Year. Open enrollment allows you the opportunity
to make any changes (new enrollments, changing plans, adding/deleting dependents,
etc.) without having a required qualifying event.听
Please remember that enrollments must be made by November 15th.听Late enrollments will not be accepted.
Below, you will find important information regarding your benefits for 2026 and the
forms and links to enroll:
Health Insurance
If you want to keep your current OGB health plan with the same covered dependents,
no action is required.听 Your coverage will roll-over automatically.
If you want to change your benefit plan, you can make the change through the online
enrollment portal.
To add/remove any dependents to your plan, you must fill out an Enrollment Form (GB-01).
- To add a spouse, a marriage license must be attached with your form.
- To add a child, a birth certificate must be attached with your form.
If you are enrolled in a Health Savings Account (HSA), you MUST re-elect your contribution amount for the 2026 plan year.
*there is a 7.75% increase in premiums for the 2026 plan year

Flexible Spending Arrangement Plan
If you are currently enrolled in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you MUST听re-elect your contribution amounts for the 2026 plan year.
Life Insurance
2026 OGB Life Premiums - Coming Soon
Warhawks Supplemental Benefits
If you want to keep your current supplemental plans with the same covered dependents,
no action is required. Your coverage will roll-over automatically.
If you want to change/add any supplemental plans or add any dependents to your plan,
you must make these changes through the enrollment portal.
Note: Our dental and vision plans have changed to Humana. If you are currently enrolled
in UNUM for dental and/or vision, your plan(s) will automatically rollover to the
new carrier.
