³È×ÓÊÓƵ Residential Life Assignment Process

Thank you for reading the following information:

Summer Add-On for Academic Contract Apartments:

• Summer Add-On for Apartments is $895 and is completed by the Summer Application in eRezLife.
• The summer add-on request will be handled on a case by case basis, provided space is available.

All Applicants for the Summer Housing:

• The Summer 2025 Housing application is available below. University Commons will be used.
• Summer Meal Plans are available for $333 for Summer 1 and Summer 2.
• All housing / meal plan costs will be applied to the Summer fee bill and will be due according to the dates set forth by Student Account Services. Ìý
  • Interim Housing - May 8 - May 21: $180 (double) or $220 (private)
  • Summer 1 Housing - May 23 - June 24.: Ìý$350 (double) or $450 (private)
  • Summer 2 Housing - June 30 - July 29: Ìý$350 (double) or $450 (private)
    
    
  • Summer Meal plans: Ìý$333 **only available during Summer 1 and Summer 2**
• You will be notified of your housing assignment via your Warhawk email address.

Building Requirements:

The following are the Residential Life academic requirements:

• Summer Housing requires at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA to live on campus.

Roommate:

Roommate requests must be mutual before move-in.

Cancellation of Application:

All applicantsÌýmust complete a Cancellation Form through eRezLife.

Payment Policy:

All students must pay their summer student account bill prior to move-in. ÌýStudents will not be allowed to move in unless they have paid their accounts in full for the summer term.
